Circular economy projects for neoprene wetsuits keep developing. Many famous brands and Asian manufacturers launch old wetsuit recycling plans. Recycled neoprene can be made into yoga mats, thermal insulation materials and new foam products. These programs divert around 45 tons of neoprene waste from landfills every year. The market share of recycled neoprene keeps climbing, and young consumers are more willing to buy eco-friendly recycled products.
